Are you required to provide your data?
To the extent that the processing of your data is necessary for the performance of a contract with Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o., providing your data is a condition for concluding that contract. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude and perform the contract. If personal data is not provided, the contract will not be concluded. Providing data necessary for issuing an invoice is a statutory obligation arising from the Act on Tax on Goods and Services.

How can you withdraw your consent?
You may give all consents or only some of them, or give none. You may withdraw any consent given to Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. in connection with the processing of personal data at any time without negative consequences. It is sufficient to send an e-mail, call us or send a letter by traditional mail to the contact details indicated above. Your intention to withdraw consent may be expressed in any form; the only requirement is that it reaches us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal, i.e. until consent is withdrawn, the processing of your data by Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. is lawful.
How long will we store your data?
Your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to perform the contract between you and Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. or a contract concluded by another entity for your benefit, and thereafter for a period corresponding to the limitation period for claims that may be brought by Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. and claims that may be brought against Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o.. If your personal data is processed to comply with a legal obligation imposed on the controller, the data will be stored for the time necessary to fulfill that obligation. Data processed on the basis of consent will be processed until you withdraw that consent.
If your personal data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Controller, where the basis for processing is the performance of a contract concluded with Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. for your benefit, the data will be processed until the legitimate interest constituting the basis for such processing has been fulfilled. If your personal data is processed on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller, where the basis for processing is direct marketing of its products and services, your personal data will be processed until you object.
Where can you lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data by Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o.?
At present, such complaints may be submitted to the General Inspector for the Protection of Personal Data. However, we would like to point out that in the near future the competent supervisory authority in this matter will be the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
How will we not process personal data?
Your personal data is not subject to automated processing (e.g. profiling) that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
Cookies
The portal www.aliplastextrusion.pl uses cookies. These files are collected solely for the purpose of collecting information and adapting sales to individual products, needs and preferences of Customers. Cookies are stored by the web browser on the Customer’s hard drive and are not used directly to collect personal data. This means that the Customer may disable Cookies in their web browser, but this will limit the ability to use the Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. Service.
Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. also collects IP addresses during internet connections for technical purposes related to server administration. They are used for statistical activities and to improve the management of Cookies.
Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. also informs Customers that it is possible to configure a web browser so that it prevents cookies from being stored on the Customer’s device. Cookies may be deleted by the Customer after they have been stored by the Seller by using the appropriate browser functions, programs designed for this purpose, or appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the Customer.
Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. also informs Customers that changing the configuration of the web browser so that it prevents or limits the storage of Cookies on the Customer’s device may result in limitations to the functionality of the services provided. Deleting Cookies while a service is being provided may have similar effects.
Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o., as the Controller of your personal data, makes every effort to ensure all physical, technical and organizational measures necessary to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable regulations.
For this specific purpose, Aliplast Extrusion Sp. z o.o. has engaged specialists in GDPR and ISO 27001:2015 and has fully adapted its personal data processing practices to the above-mentioned sets of standards.
