Today, Aliplast Extrusion is one of the largest and most highly regarded manufacturers of aluminum profiles, not only in Poland but also across Europe and worldwide. Our market position is the result of 15 years of consistent growth, strategic investments in advanced technologies, and an unwavering commitment to the highest quality in manufacturing processes.
We launched our operations in 2011 with an ambitious team of 90 people. At that time, we operated a single production line based on a 2200T extrusion press. In the company’s first year, we implemented 350 profile designs and gained the trust of our first 10 customers. Sales volume concluded at PLN 14 million, which translated into delivering 1,200 tons of finished products to the market. This solid foundation allowed us to plan further expansion with optimism.
Each subsequent year of our market presence has been a story of continuous investment in a modern machinery park, process automation, and upskilling our workforce. Alongside technological advancement, the key to Aliplast Extrusion’s success has been a partnership-driven approach to customers and uncompromising quality standards. As a result, the trust initially placed in us by 10 buyers has expanded into long-term cooperation with over 350 business partners representing key industrial sectors both in Poland and abroad.
Today, after 15 years of dynamic market operations, we represent an entirely new scale of production and business capabilities. Our balance sheet boasts billions in turnover and millions of meters of profiles supplied to the most demanding engineering projects:

Our current industrial facilities comprise four fully automated, advanced production lines dedicated to aluminum profile extrusion, allowing us to execute the most complex orders:
Two lines from the renowned Tecalex brand with a press capacity of 2200T and 2800T,
Two OMAV (SMS Group) lines with a press capacity of 2400T each.
