We are on the cusp of a unique moment in the history of our companies, which is why we would like to share with you the key decisions regarding changes to our company’s management structure. After nearly 25 years of success, building the organisation from the ground up and guiding it through the key stages of its development, our Founder and current Chairman of the Management Board, Jan Kidaj, has decided to hand over the reins. However, he is not leaving the company – in his new role as a Management Board Member, he will continue to support us with his vast experience and vision.
We are delighted to announce that Marek Sałaga, the current Sales Director, will take up the position of President of the Aliplast Sp. z o.o. Management Board. Over recent years, Marek Sałaga has demonstrated not only his excellent business acumen, but also a deep respect for the values on which our company is founded. We believe that Aliplast will reach the next, higher level of development under his leadership.
In addition, we have decided to expand the Management Board to maintain our current rate of growth. The following people are joining the Management Board:
