On Wednesday, August 26, the 13th edition of the “Podaj Piłkę” (Pass the Ball) Tournament took place on the pitch of the Aliplast Group in Lublin, co-organized by the Aliplast Group Foundation.
Throughout the day, 8 teams from SOS Children’s Villages in Kraśnik, Lublin, Biłgoraj, Siedlce, and Karlino fought for victory!
Naturally, there was no shortage of sports rivalry right from the start. The participants first faced the team draw, group stage matches, the knockout phase, and, of course, the final match! In addition to the main tournament, two friendly matches were also played. The first was played between the Aliplast Group Foundation team and the SOS CV team. The second was a clash between the children’s team and the adults’ team. The competition in each of these matches was truly fierce, but the most important things that day were good fun and spending time together outdoors!
Speaking of the Tournament, the time came at the end for medals, trophies, and special awards.

Awards were also handed out to the best male player, best goalkeeper, best female player, top scorer, Tournament MVP, Fair Play player, the most joyful player, the youngest player, and the best coach.
However, “Podaj Piłkę” is much more than just sports. It is one of those special days when children and youth from different parts of Poland can meet, pursue their passions, learn teamwork, and simply enjoy having fun together.
